Put the inner race of the bearing (1) that have the seven tapped holes up, (making sure your barrel and all parts are clean). Pu the barrel assy (2) on the inner race with the ports turned up and the holes align up. The two screws 3″ long need to be used, put them in the two parts to use as a guide.
