Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 40 Adding an Orifice to the Loop Flush Drain It is a change in the variable motor housing that will let the amount of the loop flushing flow to be controlled. The housing has to be tapped to take in an orifice in the loop flushing drain passage within the housing.This housing replaces the old one which wasn’t tapped. And the new and old housings you can change out. Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 40 M46 EDC & HDC O Ring Change They have reconfigured the control housing to take an oring that is stiffer that has a larger cross section. It will require a deeper groove to be made into the housing. So it will not have to have two orings anymore.The EDCs and HDCs that are the older models will need the smaller cross section orings.
