Denison Hydraulic Pump Barrel & Bearing Assy Part 1
The chart and diagram will show about the assembly of the rotating group.
You will need to put the barrel (3) with the ports turned down and making sure it aligned with the bearing (2) and having the screw holes (1) centered between the piston bores. Then press the inner race on the barrel. Put in the four screws against the barrel, then tighten the screws with enough torque. Put the unit in the invert position and put in push pins (5) into the holes. Lubricate the barrel and put the face plate (4) over the pins with the steel side of the plate up against the barrel.
