Here are some charts, diagrams and breakdowns that will help you on this particular pump. This is a variable Volume Vane Pump.

This is a right hand rotation pump that has a medium keyed shaft and shows manifold mounting. And don’t try to tighten this past the suggested torque values.

The distance from the pump mounting flange to the center of the port has went up by 5/16″

Where the backup ring is very important as far as the suction part goes. If you have a bigger arc is not where it is at on the diagram, the back up can get down in the body cavity. Your port plates could be off by seven degrees. In these styles of pumps, all of them might not have these port plates. The up to date versions get rid of the back up ring. So make sure you look your unit over for replacement parts if needed. Use holes that are marked “H” for both port plates.

Shaft ID

* The shim comes in handy when you use a torque control or if you have an old style compensator that has a tear drop counterbore. If you have to do conversions be sure to change the name tag coding. And make sure you recalibrate your pump to the specs for your certain pump size.

Single stage compensator breakdown

* = it is in the seal kit, viton ** = if you have a compensator and a load sensing compensated pump, the screw is made to mount the first stage to pump housing. Other options for the compensator/controls could have a ferry head screw. And don’t tighten this up to hard.

The coupling system is a wet makeup. The main pump don’t have a rear shaft seal. It lets the adapter to have fluid in it to grease and cool the coupling. The roll pins have to be pressed down into the pump before it needs to be assy. This has support guides in each of the tandem mounting kit. The differences in the heights differences for different processes is the customers responsibility to give the support rods . The rods can help support 65 lbs. It needs to be put on the bottom of the rod that is on the same mounting area as the electric motor and pump flange bracket.
