Mini Electronic Cylinders and Different Types of Controllers
They may be mini in size but they are linear resistant transducers can tell the position of a cylinder and send out a signal to other electronics.
These kinds of cylinders have a .002″ repeatability, 500 million inches of travel life, 5000 PSI, zero to 10DC response and they have side connectors that let you mount to an end.
On the controller aspect of it, there are three types. A simpler type can detect beginning and end of stroke. Then there is a closed loop signal tracking controller with PID controls. And lastly one that has infinitely variable PLC that is programmed to produce a lot of functions.
