Kawasaki TH Series Remote Control Valve

This type of valve about the same as a reducing valve in which the spool control is of multiple controls that help to control several variable pumps all at the same time. You can control this with the wrist and lower the torque. It has good responsiveness and can be control with very little force. You can have constant performance over a wide temperature range. You can put an electric switch for easier control and safety circuit. DG Two Position Adjustment Direct Control

Posted by Tammy Soper on

These types of controls are one of the most fundamental parts of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. DCVs let fluid flow (hydraulic oil, water or air) into different paths from one or more sources. DCVs will usually contain a spool inside a cylinder which is mechanically or electrically actuated. The position of the spool restricts or permits flow, thus it controls the fluid flow. You can use the pump to be put to a swivel angle by putting together an external switching pressure to a port X. This lets the pump be switched between VGMAX or VGMIN.   Call us with...

Series TP16 Triple Hydraulic Pump

When you are adding more pump sections you have to take in to account for the torque capability of the input drive shaft and spline coupling that goes into either sections. Your maximum PD for a 7/8″ drive shaft is 53. Also for a coupling is 53. The “P” is for the psi, which is the relief valve setting of each section on it’s own. The “D” is for displacement in the amount of gallon per revolution of each section. If you run all three section at the same time you will need to think about the pressure at the...

Sundstrand Series 20 Hydraulic Controls

Control speed and direction is carried out by the movement of a single Control Lever from a neutral lay out. The pump swashplate is spring loaded to neutral position to make sure there is a positive neutral. The swashplate is fitted with two opposed single acting Servo Cylinders to move the swashplate and vary the pump displacement. Pressurizing one of the cylinders while debilitating the other will move the swashplate from its neutral position. To get the reverse direction from neutral, the other cylinder is pressurized and the other is depleted.  Oil is pointed to the preferred servo cylinder by...
