Vickers Flex Plate Double Hydraulic Pumps

You should always test your pump before installing it. Here are a few examples of what you need to do.

This is scoring the cartridge

Withdrawal of the Inlet Support Plate

Withdrawal of the Inlet Flex Side Plate

Step one of the Outlet Support Plate Withdrawal

Step two of Outlet Support Pate Withdrawal

Withdrawal of the Outlet Side Plate

Consecutive Withdrawal of Vanes from the Rotor. Beginning at the arrow at the Rotor

Put together the Flex Side Plates over the Seal Packs while putting them
over onto the Inlet
Outlet Support Plates

The Outlet Support Plate& Flex Side Plate added to the Cartridge. Then the Inlet Support Plate & Flex Side Plate are ready to be put together.

Lastly the Cartridge can be put with socket head screws.
