VG80 Directional Control Valve
These types of valves are used for when the pressure is up to 3500 PSI, 240 bar goes up to 120 gpm, 455 lpm and 100 igpm. They are a lot a like the VG20, they can sustain the same kind of diligence as far as operations go.
It has a three inch wide section which uses porting that can go up to a 1 1.4″ flange or SAE 24. You can have anti-cavitation checks put on the sections. The fourth section, that is the float position, all have parallel circuitry on them. You can only get the float section when it is on a hydraulic remote spool operator.
When you have bot the inlet and outlet casting of high/low pressure ports on the top and side faces, the relief valve is pilot operated and is adjusted by a screw.
The parallel sections have this on them:
Manual with a spring return to neutral
Manual that has a three position detent
Hydraulic remote that has a proportional metering
Hydraulic remote that can be turned on and off
We have electrical joysticks, electrically single axis controllers and valve bank that has remote spools.
We can help with types of controllers or any others that you need to operate your type of operations.
