John Deere 755B Crawler Connector Disk

Remove & Install Procedures

Take out the engine.

Take out the cap screws (A) and washers (B) to take out the disk (C).

If any repairs or replacement parts need to be done, do them at this time.

Make sure the threads on the cap screws are clean, tapped holes in the flywheel and the mating surface of the disk are all contamination free.

Put on a generous amount of thread lock and sealer to the cap screw threads, tapped holes of flywheel and the mating surface of the disk.

Place the disk in that has the longer side of hub towards the flywheel.

Put washers and cap screws in next, then tighten them to 35lb ft. pressure.

Put grease to the internal splines of the hub.

Then put in your plastic gasket to the mating surface of the clutch and flywheel housing. Next put back in the engine.

Apply thread lock and sealer to threads of the clutch housing to flywheel housing cap screws and tighten them up (45lb ft pressure).
