Hydraulic Oil Pumps & Motors P125 Series – Breakdowns

Posted by Tammy Soper on

To tell the orientation of a shaft rotation, look at the unit that has the shaft pointing at you and the idler gear that is under the shaft. Your inlet port should be on the left and outlet to the right. The flow goes in the other direction with counter clockwise rotation. While flipping the pump gives you the opposite of the inlet and outlet ports but not how it rotates.

To know the weight of a pump or motor that has SAE 4 bolt mounting you will need to look at table one and the add on gears from the second table and add together for each size weight. And if you have SAE D 4 bolt then add an extra 11 lbs.
