Hydraulic Circuitry – Rapid Advanced Circuit

In Hydraulic Circuitry a rapid traverse is needed until the machining portion of the stroke is reached. This is known as rapid advance and feed type circuitry.
For this part of the circuitry, the directional valve has been shifted and pump flow is directed to the cap end of the cylinder. Oil flow from the head is free to flow thru the deceleration valve. The fluid will move thru the directional control valve and back to the tank.
