Denison Variable Volume Pump Series 600/700/800

To start putting this back together you will need to know things like, what rotation it takes, making sure you have the right shaft, etc. Making sure your parts are the correct ones you need. Or if you are reusing parts making sure they are within tolerances for that part so that it is still in spec.  And always replace o rings every time you put the unit back together, they can have the slightest pinch in them and it will make the unit leak.  And when it is put back together you put the correct fluid in it.

Making sure a pilot bore on the body is fixed on properly so that the dowel pin is over the correct hole so the port plate is lined up to correspond with the center lines on the pump.

These are just a few examples of things that are needed to know before putting a unit back together, cause if you don’t know these things ahead of time your unit make leak or worse tear up parts internally when you try to use it.
