Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 20 Piston Slipper Part 2 The diagram shows 3 different ways you should not use pistons, if they look like the ones in the diagrams. They will definitely need to be replaced. In the top diagram it shows discoloration on the outside of the piston. When it looks like this you are running your unit at high temperatures.
