This control valve used for several different designs. They are parallel, tandem and linked together parllel/tandem hydraulic circuit processes up to 3500 PSI that has an uninterrupted operating pressure. The new spool is lighter actuating effort that can be operated with a touch of a finger. The special fine metering fundamentals that are made for back hoe, front end loader, lift and cranes. The acuteness of this design helps with the mechanical linkage. The service can be done by individual sections are added, taken away or replaced altogether. The nominal flow rate is 50 gpm. Has pressure up to 3500...

When you don’t need the relief valve parts (8,9,10,11 & 12), these are being changed with the charge relief valve parts (23,24,25,26 & 27. Now the port where the charge relief valve parts use to go is abetted. Now you will need to take off the plug #23, take out the spring #26 and poppet #27 out of the housing part. There will be no need to mess with the shims #25 or switch out parts that go to another valve. Look over the poppet and make sure it is down in the housing to take away any debris that...

Procedures for Case Drain Flow Section 1

What is a hydrostatic transmission? A hydrostatic transmission consists of a variable-displacement pump and a fixed or variable displacement motor, operating together in a closed circuit. In a closed circuit, fluid from the motor outlet flows directly to the pump inlet, without returning to the tank. As well as being variable, the output of the transmission pump can be reversed, so that both the direction and speed of motor rotation are controlled from within the pump. This eliminates the need for directional and flow (speed) control valves in the circuit. Because the pump and motor leak internally, which allows fluid...
