Denison Series P46P Model E Piston Pump – Port Plate Position Put together the plug and oring into the housing.  Apply pressure to put together the bearing and outer race of the assembly into the housing, keeping a amply amount of pressure (don’t use a hammer) til the outer race shoulders. Then put in the dowel pin into the port block and put in the oring around the pilot of the port block. Lay the housing on the port block and make sure the bolt holes line up. And just a word of caution, make sure the holes for the...

Denison P46P Series E Valve Block/ Auxiliary Pump/ Control Cap Assemblies  Here is a diagram and charts that show the breakdown of certain assemblies for this P46P series. You have a Valve Block Assembly parts list. You have an Auxiliary Pump Assembly parts list. You have a Control Cap Assembly parts list. These are just a few of the Assemblies that go into making up this P46P Series E Piston Pump. If you need to order parts or give this to your supplier to help repair your unit, this would be a good reference point to start with. If we can...

Denison PV06,07,08 Series – Pressure Compensator

Posted by Tammy Soper on

Denison PV06,07,08 Series – Pressure Compensator The pressure compensator can be compared to a relief valve. When the pressure in the valve is accelerated then the flow is directed to the pistons that are pushed against the hanger mechanism, making the angle of the cam plate lessened. If you have more distance, then the hanger gets depressed.  While it lowers the volume but will still keep the same amount of pressure on the hanger. And the volume will stay reduced til the bottom stop is engaged. It will only do this when it is not wanting to go to zero...

Denison Goldcup Series 11 and 14 Characteristics

Posted by Tammy Soper on

Denison Goldcup Series 11 and 14 Characteristics These units are made to have controlled power in a small unit. This unit uses a rocker cam and cradle stroking control to use in different displacements. It gives the flow of a bigger pump. It also reduces wear and speed control response. The flow can be controlled by the vane actuator that has a rotary servo that uses a stroke control on it. When you have a double geroter pump that is put on the port block it will let it act by itself and refreshes the flow in the closed loop model. ...

Denison Goldcup Hydraulic Series M11 & M14 Axial Piston Motor These motors have gone beyond in design properties that prove they are reliable and provide the power necessary for continuous  control power in a small unit.  This type of motor has a rocker cam and cradle stroking control so that it can change displacements.  And even thou it is a small unit it can handle the flow capacity  as compared to a larger unit, while reducing wear and speed control response.  It has a vane actuator that has a rotary servo that uses the stroking control that giving different flows....
