P30, P50 & P75 Oil Hydraulic Pumps and Motors – Kinds of Splined Drive Shafts These diagrams show what model code uses what kind of drive shafts.  It shows the configurations for different models. Also make sure you check with your dealer to know which coupling partners for what shaft. And on the P50 model the code 11 is integral with the gear and has no outboard bearing unless you have a radial load. Then again the code 11 on a P75 it is not integral with the gear and must have an outboard bearing. And the shafts PL factor...

P30, P50 & P75 Oil Hydraulic Pumps and Motors- Gear Housing Mounts These charts and diagrams show the different types of mountings for the P30 pump. Notes: If your codes are in black they have SAE threads. If they are in color then it is in metric threads. 1/2″ & 3/4″  gear sections can come without porting for secondary pumps.  Code   1/2″  gear is ABOS (in black) ABOS (in color) Code 1/2″ gear is ABO7  in black ABO7 in color  And NPT threads are not needed for the use at pressure that is higher than 100 bar and 7500 PSI....

Electric Remote Control Systems to Hydraulic Valves  These are some reasons for having these kind of valves: It is great for digital control. Great on performance and reliability of the system with feedback. Has repeatability. Not sensitive to temperatures. In the black box they combined the circuit boards that is built into the controller.  If you need further assistance with this type of valve, give us a call at 800-361-0068 sales@hydrostatic-transmission.com

Vickers Flex Plate Type Double Pump – VQ Series 2520, 3520, 4520, 3525, 4525 & 4535   The plates for the inlet and outlet are the same. The pressure goes behind both sides of the plate that go into two kidney shaped cavities. Then it sealed by unique seal pack subassemblies. The plates and kidney cavities work together by having the pressure build up in the outlet and the cavity. The pressure in the cavity hold up the flex side plates hydrostatic level against the rotor and gives the running clearance for minimum internal leakage and friction. The plates give...

Usage for A Deceleration Valve

Posted by Tammy Soper on

Usage for A Deceleration Valve   This valve is mainly used to clutch a free falling over center load that you might find in a dumping on a front loading truck. There is a cam on the lift cylinder that go between the spool roller of the valve as the center load begins to descend.  The spool is pushed in the cylinder’s exhaust flow, which is gauged in thru the valve which is restricts that slows the container’s movement. It has an orifice adjustment that will control of the ending descent speed and look over the free flow to the...
